Adrian Queally Ltd (AQL) is a leading contractor in the area of Reservoir Repairs, Maintenance and Waterproofing. We provide our clients with a comprehensive service in the maintenance and repair of water retaining structures, whether they be concrete or steel. We also provide an extensive survey and evaluation service.

We have comprehensive experience of working with DWI and WRAS approved systems, and always comply with manufacturers’ instructions and guidelines, as well as best international standards.

Tank Lining

Adrian Queally Ltd (AQL) has gained an industry-leading reputation for the quality and range of our work in installing flexible membrane liners for reservoirs and tanks. We provide cost-effective, flexible and durable solutions. The systems and materials we use comply with best international standards.AQL seals new-build structures/tanks to protect from chemical corrosion, and provide a smooth, hygienic and tough finish which is suitable for contact with potable water. We also carry out lining system repairs and relining on tanks and reservoirs when a problem occurs with the existing structure or at pipework intrusions.

The systems and products we use are corrosion, chemical and abrasion resistant, and provide for smooth, glossy, easy to clean surfaces. As part of the lining works AQL prepares the surfaces so that they are smooth, and free from debris, loose or flaking material. AQL also ensures surfaces are from contaminants such as oil, grease and dust. At all times we work we follow processes and procedures that are fully compliant with manufacturers’ instructions and guidelines.

Concrete Repairs

Adrian Queally Ltd (AQL) has a proven track record in the highly specialised area of structural repairing and waterproofing of areas of reinforced concrete of any type and size.

AQL uses wet spray process applications, thereby gives our clients significant time and cost savings as we avoid the need for shuttering on vertical surfaces and ceilings.

We only use materials that offer excellent adherence to concrete substrates, excellent thermal compatibility with concrete and maximum resistance against chlorides and carbon dioxide.

We use waterproofing products that avoid the need for a primer, withstands high positive and negative hydrostatic pressures, and can be used as a final layer.

Our expertise, technical know-how and choice of materials ensures compliance, on every project, both with international standards and manufacturers’ technical specifications and guidelines.

Crack Injecting

Adrian Queally Ltd (AQL) has extensive specialist training, experience and knowledge in high performance injection technologies, applicators and materials. We use products of the highest specification available, and adhere to best international standards. In every project we use our experience and expertise to select the most appropriate epoxy crack injection resin, and applicators. The onsite conditions we offer solutions for include:

Damp, underwater and dry conditions
Structural and non-structural requirements
Low and high application temperatures
Low pressure injection with high flowability/viscosity
High pressure injection with low flowability/viscosity
High structure temperatures
Chemical resistance
Radiation resistance

External Roof Coating

Adrian Queally Ltd (AQL) has extensive experience in applying external roof coating both to new-build concrete water reservoirs and damaged roof slabs on existing structures.

We use liquid applied waterproofing applicators and products to deliver high-quality, flexible, durable, and impervious roof coatings that provide for:

Fast, seamless, application
An attractive colour stable, UV and weather resistant finish available in a range of colours
A slip-resistant finish which is easy to clean and maintain
Fire-resistant

We undertake the complete works, including pre-application shot blasting to remove contaminants, loose, flaking and weak concrete, and to expose any blow holes and minor surface imperfections.

The products we use are all highly durable, resistant to extreme weather conditions, capable of withstanding predictable abrasions and load weight, and are fully compliant with international standards.
