Open Shot Blasting
Adrian Queally Ltd (AQL) offers environmentally-friendly Shot Blasting solutions. Solutions ideally suited for removing paint, rust, graffiti, oil and grease and other contaminants.
AQL provides Shot Blast Cleaning and Finishing solutions for steel, timber, concrete, stone and asphalt surfaces. We work quickly and cleanly to maximize operational efficiencies and minimize costs.
AQL provides, where possible, off-site as well as on-site Shot Blasting solutions, and offers a wide range and grade of cleaning and surface texturing abrasives, including soda blast. We work with the most appropriate shot blasting equipment for each specific job.
Vacuum Blasting
Adrian Queally Ltd (AQL) uses top-of-the-range closed circuit cleaning and dust collector Vacuum Blasting equipment that are ideally suited for when surfaces require complete decontamination as well as cleaning.
Vacuum Blasting, like Open Shot Blasting, blasts abrasive material at the surface to be cleaned.
Where Vacuum Blasting comes into its own is that the blast nozzle is housed within a vacuum box which, during operation, forces a tight seal with the work surface. During the process the abrasive material is separated from the waste material and recycled for reuse, ensuring there is residual material left on the work surface.
AQL’s expertise, combined with our high-performance equipment and work processes, ensures the entire cleaning process is done without disturbing nearby activities, even in live work spaces.
